My Program

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

  • Does stress at your job keep you awake at night?
  • Is your busy lifestyle preventing you from having regular and nutritious  meals?
  • Does the lack of a fulfilling relationship cause you to fill your time with eating, even when you are not hungry?
  • Do you wonder why you have certain cravings and why willpower doesn’t work?
  • Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

My program includes:

  • two 50-minute sessions per month
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • my personal commitment to your health and success

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, connecting with Mother Nature, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, improving sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you what is best for your unique body.

Hi, I am Florentina. Welcome to my site! I am a board certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a member of the American College of Nutrition. I work with high-level executives, busy moms and dads, teenagers, and everyone in between to support them with their diet, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle changes that are meant to bring health and balance into their life. I specialize in research-based customized nutrition, emotional eating, digestive issues, family meals, and pre & post pregnancy nutrition and care.

I have been passionate about natural health and nutrition for as long as I can remember, as well as the way every other aspect of our life, such as relationships, exercise, spirituality, and following our passions influences our health and wellbeing. 

​​I received my holistic health training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied preventive health and a multitude of dietary theories and how they can be applied and, more importantly, modified to meet each individual’s needs. 

As your Health Coach, I will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and counting calories, I guide my clients to discover which area of their life needs improvement and create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and rigid discipline.
