Mix nut butter, coconut oil, egg, apple butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a food processor. Put the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder into a bow and mix well. Add the wet mixture to the bowl and mix again. Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten with wet fork and bake at 350F. Have a friend over and serve with tea. Enjoy!

Teff Cookies (gluten-free)

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup teff flour (375 ml)
1/4 cup maple syrup (50 ml)
1/4 cup apple butter (50 ml)
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut oil (125 ml)
1 tsp natural vanilla essence
1 cup sunflower/cashew/almond/peanut butter (250 ml)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
